Join us for the 7th annual NYC Jewelry Week, a city-wide festival that takes place from November 18-24, 2024. We invite the jewelry community to be part of this celebration, focusing on consumer education and innovation. Through the Open Call, we welcome thoughtfully planned proposals from artists, designers, curators, and retailers for exhibitions, talks, pop-up retail events, and other interactive consumer-focused events. Activities take place both in-person and virtually during NYCJW24.

We’re seeking innovative and meaningful proposals that present concrete ideas to showcase beautifully crafted jewelry. Furthermore, engaging activities that tell compelling stories and shape the past, present, and future of jewelry are also welcome. Additionally, it’s important to keep in mind that we cater to a diverse audience of individuals with an interest in both jewelry and art. The activities chosen for NYCJW24 are predominantly free of charge and open to the public.

Please note: NYCJW24 is not a trade fair and activities are not confined to a show area. Instead, activities are spread across the city in a myriad of venues! NYC Jewelry Week doesn’t provide space. However, successful proposals may receive introductions to potential venues. We’re not accepting submissions to exhibit individual pieces of jewelry.

We accept both in-person and virtual activities and we encourage proposals that creatively combine both formats. However, in-person activities must be held in New York, NY and during the official NYCJW24 dates. Interested in submitting a virtual program? Please note that your Open Call applications will only be reviewed upon payment of a $50 USD Application Fee. The final step of the application form will guide you to the Application Fee payment portal. We appreciate your cooperation and can’t wait to review your application!

Fees for Accepted Proposals

  • The participation fee for brands, galleries, dealers, individual artists and designers, collectives, retailers, and suppliers is $500 USD.
  • Registered charities, nonprofits, students, and educational institutions have a reduced fee of $350 USD.

Application Fee Adjustment
If we accept your proposal, we will deduct the $50 USD Application Fee from your final balance.

Fee Reductions:

  • Members of the BIPOC community and BIPOC-owned businesses qualify for a 30% fee reduction.
  • Please specify eligibility on the application form.
  • Note: The $50 USD application fee still applies.

Accepted activities enjoy guaranteed visibility and promotional support from the NYC Jewelry Week audience.
